I have unzipped what was current as of October 2005 (and it had not changed for several years) on this site.
There are advantages to both versions; see which works best for you. The frames version has a navigational thumb down the left side à la Adobe Acrobat while the other one is more like a book.
Nevertheless, in the no-frames version, there are still good navigational buttons at the top and bottom of each page for moving from page to page and to the table of contents and index.
