Notes on installing the SpringSource Tool Suite (STS)

Setting up STS in the framework of an existing Eclipse installation is very challenging if not impossible. MyEclipse™ maintains this for you. If you aren't going to purchase that product, please consult these notes.

My own set-up is easier; I use the software I acquired by virtue of my attendance at a Spring Core Framework training seminar.
